"Happy New Year to all the Invasive Battlers, Supporters and Friends!
Welcome to this first edition of your Soundbites for 2013. We have a lot planned for this year, especially with the wrapping up of the CEPF-Micronesia/Polynesia Hotspot, the 9th Nature Conservation Conference, the GEF-PAS Invasive Species Project, the Pacific Invasives Partnership annual meetings, the BirdLife World Congress, the Hawaii Conservation Conference, the 12th Pacific Science Inter-Congress, and much more. We hope to bring you opportunities as they come to our attention for training, workshop, employment and funding, as well as news from our friends around the world. Most importantly, is bringing you news of invasive battlers and practitioners fighting invasive species in the Pacific Islands. Wishing you all the successes in your battles and a great year for all."
