Agreement for the Implementation of the Provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 Dec. 1982 Relating to the Conservation and Management of Straddling Fish Stocks and Highly Migratory Fish Stocks

The Government of Australia shall require compliance by fishing vessels of Japan engaged in fishing with in the Australian fishing zone with Australian Law in respect of fisheries applicable to foreign fishing vessels within the Australian fishing zone.
