Report on Fact-Finding visits to Western Samoa, Tonga and Fiji in connection with Wind-powered water-lifting potentials - Part 1

The report is to review meteorological and hydrological data with a view to examining the possibility of promoting water lifting programme using wind power in Fiji, Tonga and Western Samoa; to formulate, where practical, action programme to initiate water lifting programme for agriaculture and rural development; and to produce a report on the above subject.
