SPREP wishes to call for tenders from qualified and experienced consultants who can offer their services to develop a Business Plan for SPREP’s Biodiversity and Conservation Pro-gramme (one of its four priority areas under the current Strategic Plan 2017-2026) including its role as a sub-regional Centre for Technical and Scientific Cooperation (TSC) under the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD).
