He provides essential support across networks, software, and hardware, while also managing logistics tied to procurement and contracts. Inspired by his colleagues’ dedication to tackling invasive species across the Pacific, James acts as the team’s trusted point of contact for all I.T matters working closely with SPREP ICT, coordinating with local and international vendors, and collaborating with consultants to strengthen PRISMSS online portals. From troubleshooting and system support to conference setups, he ensures technology empowers the team’s mission. With a BA and MA in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, and a decade of experience in I.T support, James brings both technical expertise and practical problem‑solving to PRISMSS operations.
