Institutional capacity assessment: Informing a strategy for enhancing Niue development bank's engagement with the Green Climate Fund (GCF)

The Niue Development Bank (NDB) in collaboration with the Government of Niue (GoN) is developing a strategy to more effectively engage with, and access resources of the Green Climate Fund(GCF). This report is an Institutional Capacity Assessment to help inform the actions of the strategy for enhancing NDB engagement with the GCF.
