Using range filling rather than prevalence of invasive plant species for management prioritisation : the case of Spathodea campanulata in the Society islands ( (South Pacific)

Biological invasion science lacks standardised measures of invasion success that would provide effective prioritisation of invasive species and invaded areas management. Prevalence (area of occupancy) of invasive species is often used as proxy of their success but this metric ignores the extent to which a species fills its potential distribution.
