William joined the PRISMSS team as a student researcher back in 2021 but before that was heavily involved in academia and research around the Pacific region in environmental studies and biodiversity conservation. He joined PRISMSS in 2025 as the GEDSI/TK Coordinator and leads GEDSI and TK research and mainstreaming to support PRISMSS teams and technical leads. In addition to coordinating and managing the development of GEDSI and TK Pacific protocols on invasive species management, Toolkits and Implementation Frameworks for the PRISMSS teams and programmes. William’s academic achievements include a PhD, MSc, MA, Post. Graduate Diploma and a BA.
