SPREP would like to call for tenders from qualified and experienced consultants to support the Vanuatu Fisheries Department to increase the uptake of by-catch mitigation techniques, especially related to Species of Special Interest in Vanuatu tuna longline fisheries by raising awareness, educating and building the capacity of longline skippers and their crews through a port-based extension initiative in Vanuatu.
