SPREP wishes to call for tenders from qualified firm or consortium of consultants (Firm) who can offer their services to work with Niue’s private sector to build knowledge and capacity for engagement with the Green Climate Fund and create an enabling environment for private sector engagement in climate finance activities in Niue.
